Cannot add new users

Installed the trial version.
Then upgraded to the Teams version.
Still have the same license key as before. and when I click add new user -> Book an appointment
is the only option.

It might be useful to write in to support directly so that we can verify more sensitive information like your license key. But for some context, how many users do you currently have in your org? And are you able to access other features of the Team plan (e.g. the staging environment, and versioned releases)?

@jaybrent11 we have submitted a support request on this. Everything else seems working.
