Can we create REST apis with business logic in retool and consume it?

Dear Team,

Would like to understand if it is possible to create new REST API's and expose/ consume it?

Customer has one of the requirement to convert JAVA code into API's so need this info.

If we are not able to create REST API what is the another way to achieve this?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your use case!

Have you checked out our REST API generator? This might be a helpful solution to get up and running quickly. Just keep in mind that there is a limit of 150 rows per dataset. Also, there is a chance we may delete it if it hasn’t been used in the last 30 days.

It looks like someone from our community on this thread also recommended checking out autocode for production ready endpoints.
