Question / Description: after renewing plan all permission groups dissapeared, but when i tryied to create a new group with name that was before - error : group name already exist

What is the name of the Group we are trying to create?
i reached support team by email and they recover my groups and users. now its good, but i see another issue with super slow or timeout of all queries in all apps
