I assumed that self hosting was only available with Enterprise plans. Is that true or can I self host even though my seats are all Business plan?
Is there a performance advantage to self hosting, especially if your database in the same virtual network?

The three plans available with self-hosted Retool are the Free, Team, and Enterprise plans. The Business plan does not exist on-premise.
Also, yes, that's correct! There are generally performance advantages to self-hosting given you are managing your own infrastructure and your databases are within the network of your apps instead of needing to hit the Retool servers.
