My new app was not saved. what do I do

HI there,
I created a new app and worked a lot on it but when I relaunch my retool it;s all gone..
Can someone help me recover it?

It happened to me multiple times already...
Anytime I have two different app open on two tabs..
it becomes buggy & I cannot figure out if my work is saved or not
