Here's a post about implementing custom css if you want to try it, but increasing the font size is generally not recommended since it's not natively supported and it could mess with the component usability 
I let our team know you're looking for native support for customizing font sizes though!
Is there any chance the mutliselect listbox would be preferable since it shows more text?
